Harpers Ferry Guest House
( A West Virginia Bed and Breakfast )
Located in Harpers Ferry West Virginia at the end of the Shenandoah Valley, the B&B was built in 1992 to match the middle 19th century architecture of the historic town. You are provided Modern Convenience in a truly historic setting. Two large second floor guestrooms offer queen sized four poster beds and high sloping ceilings. A large first floor guestroom offers twin beds (optional king), and is easily accessible without stairs from the private off street parking lot. All rooms have private baths and ceiling fans. There is a nice front porch with a porch swing and rockers. Flower lovers will enjoy the many gardens which have something in bloom from early spring through late fall. Your hosts, Al and Allison Alsdorf, offer a very friendly, informal and relaxing atmosphere.
A full breakfast is served between 7 and 9:30 am at the community table in the dining room. Breakfast usually consists of juice, fresh fruit and either pancakes, omelets or French toast. There is also lighter fare of fresh homemade muffins. Oatmeal or cold cereals are also available. Please make any dietary restrictions known at time of reservation. Restricted diets are accommodated as much as possible.
